We solve employee access for SMBs

We solve employee access for SMBs We solve employee access for SMBs We solve employee access for SMBs

High-quality and easy-to-use workflow platform designed to address every need of SMBs and similar organizations related to granting, managing, auditing, sharing, storing, and removing employee access.

Almost 90% of SMB leaders are not sure about which accesses current [and former] employees have within their business.
We ensure that you’ll be part of the other 10%.

The main source of cybersecurity breaches among all business are intentional or unintentional actions performed by employees, making the human factor and the compromise or misuse of their business credentials connected to 74% of all security breaches.
With that in mind, it should be natural to assume that business owners and leaders’ first actions towards protecting their business is implementing a proper access and password management program, right?
So we decided to ask them and the results were alarming. Almost 90% of all SMB leaders could not say that they are certain about the accesses held by employees. And it gets worse. The same number said the same about former employees, being unable to confirm that all accesses were properly removed and shared passwords replaced when an employee was terminated.
This led us to develop AccessMule, and solve the #1 security risk of every SMB.

Over 90% of SMB leaders are not sure about which accesses current [and former] employees have within their business. We ensure that you’ll be part of the other 10%.
Always know the accesses granted to each employee.

Always know the accesses granted to each employee. Always know the accesses granted to each employee.

By leveraging the automation power of Role-Based Access Control or the flexibility of On‑Demand access grants, AccessMule allows Small and Medium Businesses and similar organizations to have complete visibility of all accesses (including the non‑digital such as keys, door lock codes and others) held by all employees and contractors.
AccessMule also fully automates the onboarding process of new employees, mapping the accesses required for each role and automatically creating tasks for the different leaders at the company responsible for each access. So in a matter of minutes, a new employee has all accesses needed, while business leader are sure that no unnecessary access was granted.

Never forget to remove an access again. Never forget to remove an access again.

Every time a promotion or termination happens, business leaders and permission owners on AccessMule will be automatically tasked with needed access changes that must be performed to ensure the promoted employee maintains only the accesses required for their new role, or that the terminated employees immediately lose access to all company systems, keys, codes, and shared credentials.
Additionally, AccessMule will automatically collect and store detailed logs of all actions performed, allowing for easy checking and detailed information at any time in the future.

Never forget to remove an access again.
Share Credentials and 2‑Factor Authentication codes safely.

Share Credentials and 2‑Factor Authentication codes safely. Share Credentials and 2-Factor Authentication codes safely.

Unfortunately, a very large portion of online portals and tools used daily by SMBs and similar organizations still don’t allow for proper user management, allowing only a single user and password for any company access and forcing business leaders to defy security best practices by sharing credentials with all employees who need access to such portal.
Examples include several government portals where important information is shared and large payments are made.
Because of that, these credentials are normally shared on unsafe and uncontrolled ways, and are never replaced when an employee no longer needs access due to promotions or terminations.
AccessMule provides a safe, easy, and controlled way to manage shared credentials and 2-Factor Authentication codes, and when an employee no longer needs access to it, an automated task will be created for a password change.

Company‑Owned Zero‑Knowledge Password Management Company‑Owned Zero‑Knowledge Password Management

Last but not least, even when an SMB reaches the point where there is full visibility for all accesses granted to each employee and a precise alignment with the needs of each role, several risks still reside on where and how those credentials are saved, how often passwords are changed, how complex is the password and mainly, that the same password is never reused for multiple systems.
AccessMule also helps organizations to eliminate those risks, allowing employees to safely manage all their work credentials in a centralized and organization-controlled tool which is fully encrypted with Zero-Knowledge keys and protected with 2FA. This gives SMBs a centralized way to safely enforce a universal password policy and achieve compliance.

Enterprise‑grade Privacy & Security.

It's a sad reality that SaaS providers with focus on Small and Medium Businesses and similar organizations opt to compromise on Privacy & Security standards exploiting the fact that these organizations don't normally request the same strong requirements adopted by larger enterprises. Not AccessMule.

We believe Enterprise‑grade standards for Privacy & Security are a universal rights of any business or organization, in special the smaller ones that are counting on us to help them to grow safely.

Starting from the finish line.

AccessMule was founded and is fully-owned by Mosyle, a leader in the Apple Endpoint Management & Security market and trusted by over 55,000 organizations worldwide to protect more than 15 million users daily.
This allowed AccessMule to inherit since day 1, all the same sophisticated security controls and polices currently adopted by Mosyle and validated by tens of thousands of customers, from SMBs to Fortune 500 companies.
Also, AccessMule's engineering team is based on the same development office, and under the same management, policies, and procedures, applied to Mosyle’s engineering team, ensuring that exactly the same quality and procedures that made Mosyle a global cybersecurity company are also present all AccessMule’s products.

We'll never sell your data.

We'll never sell your data.

In the same way that Mosyle could build a strong reputation as a trusted provider to handle customer data, AccessMule was built based on the same beliefs of strong data privacy and transparency standards and a clear commitment of never sell any customer information or share it in any manner than described on AccessMule's Privacy Policy.

Cross‑border Data Transfer Compliance

AccessMule is an active participant in the Data Privacy Framework Program, a framework developed to facilitate transatlantic commerce by providing U.S. organizations with reliable mechanisms for personal data transfers to the United States from the European Union / European Economic Area, the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar), and Switzerland that are consistent with EU, UK, and Swiss law.

Cross-border Data Transfer Compliance
We won't even disclosure our customer's names.

We won't even disclosure our customer's names.

AccessMule embraces something that became almost a trademark of Mosyle: we won't expose our customer's names and logos for the selfish goal of self‑promotion.
We understand and value the degree of trust granted to us by our customers when they count on us to manage their business access and credentials. Sharing this information publicly as done by several other cybersecurity providers may create commercial benefits for them, but at the expense of their customer's privacy and safety.
So if you are looking for a list of impactful logos on our website, you won't find it and that's intentional. While we understand that it may be beneficial for a new potential customer to see known brands on our website as part of building initial trust, we also believe that you would not want your logo hanging on our website one year from now.

SOC2 Type II

As a fully‑owned Mosyle subsidiary, when formed AccessMule inherited all the same policies, controls and security procedures held by Mosyle, which is SOC2 Type Il certified since 2020.
While AccessMule is on it's path to also achieve and independent SOC2 Type II certification in the future, we feel extremely proud of being able to carry such strong security standards since day 1.

SOC2 Type II
Zero-knowledge Encryption for Password Management

Zero-knowledge Encryption for Password Management

We fully recognize that trusting a company to manage credentials for your entire business is a pretty big deal. So we built AccessMule's Password Management features in a way where trust is actually not necessary at all. How is that possible?
Simply because no one other than our customers and their users can know the content of their credentials, including us.
In practical terms, this means that AccessMule has no way to access the content of our customer's credentials as they're encrypted before reaching our servers, so what we store is totally useless without the encryption key (user passwords and recovery key) that is only known by customers.
This also means that even in a hypothetical scenario of a breach of our systems, customer's credentials would still be fully protected because without access to the customer's passwords or recovery keys they cannot be decrypted.
